VISA OVERVIEW

The one that is granted to the foreign citizen to travel to the country with a view to work for someone else, with or without remuneration.
REQUIREMENTS

1. PASSPORT OR SIMILAR DOCUMENT
The document must be valid for not less than 6 (six) months.

2. COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM
The form, available in the High Commission, entitled REQUEST FOR ENTRY TO MOZAMBIQUE must be duly completed and signed by the applicant. The form can be completed only in English, Portuguese or French, in capital letters and black or blue ink. Abbreviations and acronyms are not allowed.

3. RECENT PHOTO
Applicants must provide a recent passport-sized photo.

4. TERM OF RESPONSIBILITY
Applicants should provide guarantee of substance (proof of accommodation, health and substance).

5. MEDICAL REPORT CERTIFICATE
Medical certificate (Valid for at least 03 months).

6. CRIMINAL RECORDS CERTIFICATE
Criminal Record Certificate, issued by the competent authority of the country of origin or country of residence (Valid for at least 03 months).

7. Work contract.

8. Work permit (issued by Ministry of labor in Mozambique).

9. Letter from contracting company in Mozambique.

10. Contracting Company’s Registration and License.

Note 1: Police clearance, medical test & All other Certificates in English must be translated to Portuguese language by a Sworn Translator.

Work visas are subject to application processing fees.

Urgent Visa Fee = RWF 245,000.00
