VISA OVERVIEW
The one that is granted to the citizen foreigner who travels to the country on a visit.
REQUIREMENTS
1. PASSPORT OR SIMILAR DOCUMENT
The document must be valid for not less than 6 (six) months.
2. COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM
The form, available in the High Commission, entitled REQUEST FOR ENTRY TO MOZAMBIQUE must be duly completed and signed by the applicant. The form can be completed only in English, Portuguese or French, in capital letters and black or blue ink. Abbreviations and acronyms are not allowed.
3. RECENT PHOTO
Applicants must provide a recent passport-sized photo.
4. LETTER OF INVITATION
Invitation letter specifying the address, contact, and ID document of the Guest stamped by the notary in Mozambique.
5. PROOF OF ACCOMMODATION
Applicants must provide a copy of Proof of accommodation/ Bookings (in Mozambique).
6. TRAVEL ITINERARY(Tickets & Bookings Reservations)
Applicants must provide a copy of the airline ticket. The ticket must be round-trip.
7. EMPLOYEMENT CONFIRMATION LETTER
Applicants must provide Employment Confirmation Letter (IF Employed).
8. BANK STATEMENT OR TERMS OF RESPONSIBILITY LETTER
Applicants must provide Bank Statement (of at least 03 months) or provide the Terms of Responsibility Letter of the person who is inviting from Mozambique with the commitment to ensure that the costs of the applicant’s stay in Mozambique are covered, as well as any repatriation costs, if necessary.
9. OTHER DOCUMENTS
Any Supporting documents (optional to applicant).
